Dear Dorian,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am no good with writing letters, even if my father taught me how to as a child, but I am giving it a go nevertheless.
My doting upper has encouraged me to write to you in an attempt to establish an acquaintanceship, and hopefully, a friendship. I will tell you a little bit about myself, and I hope that you will write back and tell me about yourself, too.
I am a little wood elf, born in Cyrodiil, and now I am adventuring through the snowy lands of Skyim. My aspiration is to one day become an esteemed mage, but it has been a long journey for me as I don't have much of an affinity for magic. I am managing in the school of restoration, however, and it has been useful for a lot of situations I've found myself in over the course of the last few months. I miss the variety of sweets that home offered, as well as the warmth, but I am enjoying my adventures here.
That is all for now, I think, I look forward to reading your letter. Please write back when you have the time.
May Kynerath shelter and guide you.
Celli ❀
P.S. What is your favourite snack for when you are on a long journey?
(Celli receives a letter that's poorly written. It's obvious its author is barely literate. @madnessandmerriment )

By the 8 I am mighty upset the draft of the letter I was writing last night got soaked so I have to use a new piece of paper but death be dammed I WILL answer you.
Anyway thank you for your letter I never got 1 like it before. Apart from having spent the night in a cave because of rain, which made my boss Marcus shake an refuse to enter - I don't know why, he does that sometimes - I have been well. Not so worried after we (me an the nights erent) calmed him down last night with the promise of a warm bath. Just tired after helping to bathe him. he was very muddy bc he doesn't like trousers only tunics an cloth raps.
Are you the bosmer who stopped by our cart in Solitude for potions? If so I hope you are doing fine. Restoration magic is something I wish I knew to help my boss because he often drinks an gets into fites. Something must be broke in his brain. I know a little of the destruction magic school enough to make a fire an defend myself but I culd use some knowledge of restoration is it easy to learn?
As for myself which you asked about. I am a breton from Camlorn in Glenumbra born an raised in Hi Rock where we are now. My parents worked in a shop for a small time alchemist an taught me a little magic when I was a boy but no letters since they culdn't reed. A few years after that I went to sea but our ship was cot by pirets an I was put to work to hurt people and sail. It was awful I tell you. The pirets were stopped after some years an most of them eggs ecuted by an Imperial naval crew but folks like me were allowed to work off our situation an not die. so thru some connections I met my boss Marcus Tiberius Quintus who is a nice man - he drinks a lot though but never raised a hand against me. Boss has been teaching me to reed an write a bit an I want to learn more so I can understand how to do magic since most all of it is in buks. I hope to see my parents again on this trip they are getting old.
What sweets from Cyrodiil do you miss? For me when I'm away from home I miss the sweet chocolate-stuffed croissants of Daggerfall an the toasted flat muffins we eat with butter an jam in Glenumbra I know that's not a sweet. Oh an the tall blueberry muffins packed full of berries. There's also a flaky round croissant-like pastry covered in a sticky glaze I don't know the name of that I've had in Northpoint which reminds me of Cyrodiil sweetrolls. I got some to eat on the road an they taste gud once thawed.
To keep you warm I'm sending a big sachet of Camlorn mint tea hope this helps
As for travel food I like Elsweyr style beef jerky from Pellitine have you eaten that before? It's very soft and sugary not tough like what is made in the Empire
Hope to hear from you soon
Mara keep you
Dorian of Camlorn

A not-so-brief overview of my Skyrim Dova OCs bc i need to scream to the digital void about my ideas
Freyora Lind, more commonly known by her strange alias "Bjorne Icepick"
A Nord-eventually-turned-werewolf who orphaned during the Great War and taken in by a Dunmeri mercenary whose residence was in Windhelm's Gray Quarter. Grew up in a cramped boarding house setting among desperate mercenaries of varying backgrounds. Many of them would all come and go, but there was always some sort of a familial bond between them all.
From a young age she got in a lot of fights against people who insulted her for living in the Gray Quarter among the dark elves. Eventually she took a fight too far and was jailed for murder around 14, but was broken out shortly after by a band of masked vampires. Turns out some of her mercenary comrades unwittingly caught vampirism during a contract to clear out a vampire den and had to skip town, but not before ensuring one of their own wasn't left to rot.
Lived in Cyrodil for about 15 years, but returned to Skyrim pursuing rumors surrounding a cure to vampirism, as her adoptive father would be nearing the end of his elven lifespan and had wished to die a normal death.
Seeing as she was literally a fugitive, and her long-belated parents were somewhat renowned for their battlefield prowess, she took on a false identity. AND an act to match it.
She'll eat raw meat, chase prey with swords instead of using a bow like a normal person, harp about irrational conspiracy theories, and more. Everyone's foul reactions to her outlandish act are plainly hilarious to her and only encourage her to act even stranger.
The alias "Bjorne Icepick" was simply the most ridiculous name she could think of.
Not the most morally outstanding. Besides drunken brawling, she'll steal from anyone who angers her, even if it's things she literally won't ever need such as all the goblets in a household. It's the pettiness that counts. "Try drinking your damn high-end wine now, jackass."
Calls Dwarven Automatons "Gundams." Including she herself, no one knows what that means.
Joins the Companions out of homesickness and a desire to fill in a gap that leaving home left.
Hasn't bothered curing herself of lycanthropy because her whole schtick is being incredibly resourceful, and that includes using any means of power necessary. Still doesn't fancy Hircine's Hunting Grounds as her desired afterlife, though.
As her journey goes on, however, her lightheartedly eccentric face starts to fall off as a number of events push her to begin to question the legitimacy of her actions up until that point.
Some of which include the eventual death of her adoptive father (and how she was indirectly responsible for it even if it was what he wanted), Delphine's ultimatum, the civil war as a collective, learning the tragic history behind the Falmer and the original Companions' role in it, and killing of Vyrthur (no matter how much he genuinely deserved it).
She grows disgusted by herself down to the core. She takes to skooma to cope, and starts to be plagued by serious skooma-induced side effects. She ends up shutting herself away from all her responsibilities and distancing herself from her friends.
Does she get better? Maybe. I haven't thought up anything past this point lol
Moureneris Alta
A very, VERY ancient vampiric snow elf, (though it's notable she was born a considerable amount of time after the razing of Sarthaal)
Survived many atrocities. Stayed in isolation with a band of vampires for countless years out of sheer disgust for the nature of the sapient races. (I'll explain her full story some other time. It's pretty complicated)
She was abducted from her isolated lifestyle by a certain person i'll talk about later. She managed to free herself south of Skyrim, and uh, walks right into that Imperial ambush. The rest is history.
Super ignorant to modern society as a result of centuries of isolation. Exploited for comedic relief. ("What in the name of Oblivion is a Cyrodilic Empire? Are you messing with me? And please, how does levitation magic simply get outlawed by this hypothetical Empire? What are you to do when you fall down a crevice? Just... let yourself perish? How degrading.)
She reintegrated herself into society with vengeance in mind under the belief that all humans are savage bloodlusting murderers who had to answer for their treachery. (And she was royally angry there was no Dwemer left to spite, but partially satisfied at the same time). But she grows conflicted after being shown genuine kindness, even as early as being freed from her binds in Helgen.
Subsequently has a very muddled redemption arc. Queue Dragonborn hero stuff
She has impaired vision, but she cultivated detect life magic to aid her in daily life and combat (think Hyakkimaru from Dororo '19 and his soul detection or Toph Beifong from ATLA and her seismic sense). At her peak, she can detect life from about a kilometer away.
She can just barely read, but only if she holds the text incredibly close to her face, not to mention her Cyrodilic lessons were left unfinished after her abduction, making reading a very taxing process. Weary travelers are often spooked at the sight of a floating, ghastly looking elven woman with her nose pressed up against crossroad signs, and it has become somewhat of an urban legend.
Isn't as nearly as skilled with detecting the dead and tenses up in burial crypts or around other vampires for that reason. Unfortunately, being the Dragonborn and all, she finds herself in a lot of crypts...
When questioned about her background due to her unique appearance: "Oh, yeah. My mother was one of those mer from the east. You know the ones. Dark elves, I think? And my father was one of those er, tall elv- no, sorry, HIGH elves. Yeah. They both died in a big fire or something though. It was horrible. I can't get the noxious smell or the deafening screams out of my head. Good talk, but never ask me about that again."
Queue sheltered old immortal antics: "Wow, you're THAT old? Enlighten me on how it felt witnessing the fall of the Dwemer. Or perhaps the rise of Tiber Septim's Empire. The Gates of Ob-" "Oblivion if I know. I lived in someone's basement for thousands of years. And I still don't know what everyone means by Empire. You all are messing with me, aren't you? That really annoys me."
She ultimately returns to faith in Auri-El and makes it her life's purpose to help the Betrayed find peace, as well as to seek out any remaining snow elf groups. Probably good friends with Gelebor or something.
Had a crush on Serana. We all know how THAT went. Damned temples.
Was originally gonna spiral into a much darker corruption arc (another ATLA comparison being Jet or Hama) but I just felt bad for her. Moureneris can have a little found peace. As a treat.
That's her preliminary design made. I'll need a mod to properly play her, because that right there was made by choosing Dunmer as her race. But I can't do that. I'm on console, and while I got the Steam port a month ago, my PC's stone age specs can't handle Skyrim yet and I'll need to wait until I can afford a better graphics card (thanks economic inflation)
Alexandre Armasi, jokingly nicknamed Alexandre the Curious
A complete and unapologetic export of my character from a dead and unfinished DND campaign. Except there are no Aasimar in Skyrim, so he's half Altmer half Bosmer. And his initial last name was Armas but I thought Armasi suited his Skyrim counterpart more, as subtle a change it is.
He's mainly Bosmer in appearance and constitution, save for his hair and eyes, which are more similar to that of his Altmeri father's.
I can't really export his original backstory though because the campaign wouldn't translate well into TES lore at all.
He's a writer who came wandering into Skyrim in search of inspiration. While he mainly writes dramatic fables, he wanted to divert his focus to crafting his own bestiary and herbal compendium surrounding Skyrim's fauna and flora. The ones at home are simply too vague to him!
He's very altruistic, wishing to spread cheer wherever he goes, through the art of song (even though he was a cleric in DND and not a bard. My bad.) However, many of his verses are just blatant self promotions of his published fables.
But he's too naive for his own good. Dangerously so. In fact, he says what's on his mind with little forethought, with little grasp on the consequences of his actions, which lands him in lots of trouble. "I don't favor him myself, but you guys kill people over Talos worship? That's not very cool. A bit scary, if you ask me." or "A Stormcloak rebel? Didn't your leader kill a bunch of Reachmen rebels years back, or so I've heard. By the divines that's not a man I'd make a symbol of nonconformity."
He's also insatiably curious. The type to ACTUALLY shove alchemic ingredients in his mouth with no knowledge of their properties, experiment with dangerous rune spells, throw rocks at pressure plates, and more. Needless to say he's very accident prone.
Doesn't know common curse words. People exploit this for laughs. Think that episode of Spongebob.
Everyone is a little baffled that HE of all people is the prophesied Dragonborn of legend. This agonizingly imbecilic writer who has absentmindedly wandered into burial crypts, troll dens, bandit forts, and more, too busy juggling his manuscripts to pay attention to his surroundings.
His past doesn't exactly reflect his outlook on life. His mother and father fought in the Great War aligned with the Imperials despite their elven background. Both managed to live to see the war's conclusion, but his father vanished without a trace shortly after, and it seems his mother knows something she won't tell him.
With plenty of exposure to bad influences, his innocence is slowly lost throughout the course of his journey, and his altruism begins to grow twisted. But nevertheless, he maintains his jovial, social persona, except this time with much darker undertones. Kinda like a creepy dentist or something.
Whoops. He winds up becoming a feared Dark Brotherhood assassin. (Haha get it "Innocence Lost"???) He somehow deluded himself into thinking that the life of an assassin was the right thing to do. But he's a funky little guy so he gets a pass for his heinous crimes against society

WHAT I LOVE THIS!!!! Hello it's @korvanjund
I'm gonna ramble about Firien and Farkas bc U Know Me and also I'm ALWAYS down for new music esp if it's for Them…
ANYWAY!
Their love starts off very slow because Firien is hesitant and nervous and also Traumatized™️ while Farkas is just head over heels the moment he sees her, even though she's Not Very Nice to him in the beginning. As time goes on, though, she actually chooses to heal from her trauma because she realizes she's in love with him and wants to be a better person FOR him. Farkas was never anything but kind and helpful to her even at her worst and lowest points, and he was the kind of person she not only wanted in her life, but also the kind of person she wanted to be more like… even if she's not very good at it.
When she finally comes around, it's unfortunately the night before she leaves for Skuldafn on Odahviing's back to fight Alduin, and Farkas is like "THIS IS FINALLY HAPPENING" but then she doesn't come back for a long time so he assumes she's dead. When she finally does return, he's just… so shaken and nervous around her because he knows she's been through absolute hell and was obviously very hurt in the fight. But he's happy. She's alive and mostly well and that's all that matters to him.
When she heals enough to continue where they left off, it's not explosive or fiery or anything. It's very slow and gentle and full of reassurances and love. Farkas, throughout the entirety of their relationship, wants Firien to know she's the one calling the shots and setting the pace, and he's just along for the ride. And that's what truly sets the foundations of comfort and familiarity for Firien. Her most important gesture with him is a forehead touch (because he does it to her for the first time to calm her down during a panic attack about Alduin, and that one gesture became Comfort™️ to her), and it happens any time one of them is in need of some extra love.
One of Firien's reluctances to be with Farkas was the fact that, given her race, she would outlive him by a lot. But then, within Kodlak's research and notes, they learn that the beast blood grants life longevity, and Farkas is hesitant about it at first. But then he chooses to keep the beast blood so he can live a long life with her and not leave her alone in the world. He chooses to risk Hircine's Hunting Grounds to keep her happy.
To Farkas, Firien is worth it all. The struggle, the heartbreak, the waiting, the risk of going to the Hunting Grounds instead of Sovngarde, all of it. Because once she finally comes around, there's a side of her that no one has ever seen that's tender and loving and wants nothing more than comfort and love.
To Firien, Farkas IS home. She comes to learn that, as long as she is with him, she's safe and she's happy, even in times of war and in times of peril. He's someone she can be comfortable around and she knows she can trust him no matter what, and she knows he will never hurt or betray her.
He's also the only person to ever make her even consider settling down for marriage! Farkas literally changed Firien's life, and she has no regrets and no desire to turn back from where she is. With him, she's happy and she's safe, and that's all that matters to her.
And all of it happened because a massive Nord werewolf himbo fell in love with an angry Bosmer Dragonborn the moment he saw her and refused to give up (BUT!!!!! He absolutely did respect her boundaries!!!). I definitely rambled about this for way too long but I am so excited to see your thoughts!!
ask game: send me some info about your tes oc and their love interest (incl. mods) and i'll send you a song about them!
hi friend!! ok full disclosure, u were one of the people i had in mind when i made that post bc i wanted to hear abt firien and farkas, u fell for my trap 😈 given how much firien has struggled to get to a point where she can be open for love, a lot of these songs are about learning to love despite your traumas. tldr, im very emotional over these two and i accidentally made a short playlist. also i couldn't resist including one arabic song bc its sweet just like this pairing ajsjsjsks

since i cant play rn i am going to talk about some of my less-mentioned ocs!! :D from memory so i'll probably miss a few jcjvj
also alliance only for rn bc it got long. ill make separate posts for the others! (and maybe eventually a masterpost?)
Alliance:
Vaeir: nelf DH nd i love him he has HOOFS and no horns and tells bad jokes and has shitty memory. hes a nice guy :) and very handsome also. i play him as both havoc and veng but i think IC hes just a hooved veng lad bc i like that design better. also im probably gunna change his name at sum point.
Saerwen: ancient lesbian. also a moon priestess. but more importantly gay and Intense. gorgeous and tall like youve never seen. also a nelf and her transmog is So good i rlly outdid myself there 👌👌🤲🤲
Brea Frye: young human (kul tiran) lass whose wild shes insane. shes small and quick and has a big mouth and talks shit. very good best friends with krii and she also technically left the alliance and made her own faction (still unnamed jhjcjc) and is now the leader of that. extra notes: trans her gener and also lesbian of course.
Svaald: nelf warrior. doesnt have lore yet but all u need to know is that shes buff 👉👈
Alisair: worg hunter who looks cool and is cool :^) also hes absolutely feral.
Teacakes: a worg chef!! hence the name. shes a lovely lass who will physically maim ppl who mess up her inn :) also a druid but she doesnt do much of that these days.
Byrde: actualoy made her a long time ago to play w/ my uncle but we nvr did all that. shes also a literal, completely feral worgen.
Darani: just my TES dragonborn translated into warcraft! half human half nelf hes a flirt hes a bard hes a liar and hes a thief but damned if he doesnt look good while doing it. also hes Very short. like <5 ft. im also thinking it would be funny if he was literally just a Bosmer from elder scrolls in warcraft and hes just rolling with it.
Ayutaan: one of my earliest toons; shes a draenei pirate captain. mostly faction-less at this poijt especially since her husband is a zandalari. an undead zandalari. she used to be alliance but said "fuck that" and decided to ransack ships for fun instead. she also has cool lightning powers :)
Kaavr: a void elf! also a worgen but thats probably not lore friendly but i think its cool :). hes Alsp crazy hes insane..... absloutely goes bonkers and is a vry fun fury warrior. fast lad. tiny.
Alavaar: a friend of darani! (""""friend"""") dwarf born and raised in the hinterlands which means she probably ran into Haka a few times. and depending on the timeline maybe both haka and ivan. shaman!
Nashira: lightforged paladin. Big Womon. thats all i know bc i made her to heal w/ my dad so she doesnt rlly have lore. anyways let draenei women have huge buff models like the dudes

I too have my own winterhold college ocs (bc it's understaffed and has too little students too, look at the size of that building!) and they're a tall lanky pink haired bosmer called Shroom 🍄 (Illusion school baby!), short argonian king Mess-Ei 🦎 (Restoration school, Collette teared up when he showed up wanting to learn from her), short imperial threat Alloy 🗡️🐸 (can and will and has transformed storm cloaks into frogs and then kept them in a terrarium to examine their behavior), nordic liability Steve 🧮 (just a normal accountant dude), khajit angel K'jan 😇🐈 (alteration school rights! Very dedicated, very nice, very accidentally chaotic) and dunmer conjurer who says he lost his name but everyone calls Snake 🐍 bc he once got drunk and kept conjuring snake familiars (he was sad to get rid of them so he made them an environment down in winter hold (he's afraid they'll fall if they're in the college and he doesn't want to lock them up either).
Seeing you post about Rhubarb and have so much fun with him made me regain my interest in them so thank you!
all of these characters are extremely good but the visual of a bunch of snakes being conjured in winterhold so the ground looks like its moving and all the residents just being like "ah. now i remember why we hate the college" is killing me

-BARRELS IN- what races are your ocs in skyrim? + what weapons do they use?
I HAVE WELL OVER 20 OCS IN THIS AU SO YOU PROBABLY WON'T RECOGNIZE ALL THE NAMES BUT ive touched on some before in posts
Dark Brotherhood
Jester is a Khajiit! she takes the role of Cicero (need a jester to be a jester, y'know) and dual-wields daggers like a little whirlwind of knives and fur. she's like 4′9″ so she fits his height anyways /lh
Dove fills in for Gabriella, and is a Breton vampire. he uses magic primarily- she bounces between the different types, but they favor the bow otherwise. enchanting is a strength of hers, so their weapons are never dull- literally OR figuratively.
Doe, also a Breton vampire, is Babette! ageless child, y'know. she usually uses just sheer charms and a knife, nothing special. who's gonna expect a child to stab them, after all!
Cameron fills in for Nazir (bc i had no characters that would fit the role of 'basically just tells u to do stuff') and is an Imperial. he favors a single sword.
Time fills in for Festus Krex as an Altmer bc i thought he should be obnoxiously tall. he uses magic, especially destruction, and if he can't use that, he downs several potions and uses it anyways.
as mentioned in previous post, Ann is an Argonian- filling in for Veezara! they use maces! two of them!
we also have two initiates, both Khajiits- Fool and Court, who both favor dual swords.
Thieves Guild
Eli fills in for Brynjolf as yet another Khajiit. i love Khajiits ok. anyways they use two swords. yes i cannot use sword and shield yes i have a problem
Poku, a Bosmer, fills in for Delvin Mallory- they use archery and will shoot you from 2 feet away! they also specialize in illusion magic, because that's helpful to a thief
Copycat fills in for Vex, as yes another Khajiit and they also dual wield knives because its fast
Elad, an Imperial, fills in for Dirge. he uses a two-handed sword. finally some variety
Nora, another Imperial, fills in for Vekel the Man, and uses a war axe much like Vekel himself.
Sin fills in for Tonilia as a Nord instead. a werewolf, at that! it uses two war axes. getting fancy here
Camellia fills in for Karliah, and is Imperial much like her twin. she uses a bow and/or a sword
Companions
the harbinger is ALLEN THEMSELF and they are a Breton (short) werewolf (not short) who uses a warhammer and also heavy armor. i feel like i need to mention allen uses heavy armor. the heaviest and bulkiest armor. theyre strong ok
Aceline is Aela, and she's another Khajiit bc we've established i have a problem and ignore the dumbass rule of "no Khajiit or Argonians inside towns" based on "this doesnt apply to the player what the fuck". she uses dual swords
Wes, sweet baby Wes, is Farkas, which means two members of the companions are below 4′9″ help us all anyways they use a war axe!!!
Jesse, Wes's brother, fills in for Vilkas. he uses a battleaxe
Levia isn't anyone in particular, but they're a Redguard and use a greatsword. yes its short for leviathan yes they could probably be an Argonian but for once theyre human
Fell is also no one in particular, but an Orc! and they use a warhammer like the harbinger.
College of Winterhold
Story, an Imperial, fills in for the Arch-Mage because even if she doesn't actually die it feels very her to go "lol i retire here's the job random dude" and she uses magic as she is the arch-mage
Aagi, an Altmer, fills in for the Master-Wizard and also uses magic. he'd also probably retire in an instant with everything going on.
Life, Time's brother, is a Bosmer and a mage who specializes in restoration magic. overall magic tho.
Bubbles... sweet Bubbles... was an Imperial before an alteration spell messed up and now they're more slime than solid! they're a mage also but they're permanently 'cursed' and frankly they don't mind
I THINK THIS IS EVERYONE SORRY FOR THE LONG POST

okay bro i have 2 questions for you today if you will indulge me 😔✌ one, can you explain what you mean by mankar being a sidebet of akatosh's bc it reminds me of a reddit post i saw saying that mankar succeeded because the oblivion crisis needed to happen for the last dragonborn prophecy to occur, and two, how could he change himself to be separate from akatosh???
tbh im not like..... very Convinced on the dragonborn prophecy being something that was planned to be part of the worldbuilding prior to the development of skyrim. like morrowind and oblivion have a few easy to miss Big connections (almalexia predicting the oblivion crisis and seeing it from the eyes of the avatar of akatosh being a fucking huge one). whereas as far as im aware theres really like...nothing like that leading into skyrim. so i hesitate to take that into much account with mankar camoran . but yeah
1) partially something like that. im actually kind of evenly split between whether i think akatosh Wanted the oblivion crisis to happen in order to control the timeline to his liking, or whether it was ABSOLUTELY not part of the plan. the former would make sense with the "mankar camoran making sure the dragonborn prophecy can happen" thing but i prefer the latter. so by side-bet i really mean that i think akatosh gave the son of the camoran usurper the dragonblood as a latent potential tool, whose intended purpose (if any) never came to fruition bc mankar had other plans
2) the changing himself thing is based in the Lore theory that can kiiinda be extrapolated from the mythic dawn commentaries, which is that MC "carved" his own protonymic using 'the razor' (either literally mehrunes razor, mehrunes dagon, or CHIM) and changed his nature to his liking, which people use to explain why hes an altmer/not a bosmer, why hes implicitly a dragonborn.
i choose to instead interpret that he was always a dragonborn, and used the razor to cut himself off from akatosh's CONTROL of the timeline and align himself with dagon's sphere of revolution and change. and as to why hes an altmer ingame i think hes just tall

It's time for your info dump of the dayy~ ft. My four main skyrim bitches in order of creation because fuck you.
Dar'ato; Khajiit, guildmaster of the TG, thane of Riften, charismatic bc of the amulet of articulation, gayer then the month of June, has the biggest thing for Brynjolf, but moons forbid that gets out, he will fuck for money. Don't test them, any pronouns, presents masculinely, 5'8
Seanil; Nord, dragonborn, Thane of Whiterun, Solitude, and probably at least one more hold, secretly worships Talos, Compainion-inner circle, but not harbinger(that goes to another oc), aromatic/asexual, massive himbo energy, he/him, 6'
Aelsinlock; Altmer, arch-mage, give this baby a hug, tall ass mofo, 6'7, 100% lanky, not a shred of muscle on this bitch, still mourning Savos Aren, it's a sensitive subject, straight as a board, nearly pure anxiety, has a worse sleep schedule than me, Julianos sl-- I mean worshiper, along with the other seven, but Julianos is his patron deity, he/him
Hinrron; Bosmer, Listener, feralest little shit you will ever meet, sharpens his k-9s because fuck you, the literal definition of a bi disaster, have you ever had greasy hair? A fucking constant for this one, he does bathe, but that doesn't help, spared Cicero because Astrid is a bitch, proudly infatuated with said jester, do not take his advice, you will die, tragic back story 100, makes arrows in his spare time, don't ask what their made of, by sithis you will regret it, do not ask them about Valenwood, will start crying if you do. He/they, 5'4.5- will remind you about that extra half all the time.
So, these are my babies, there are more, but that's for another time

Hey! Have you made all your ocs in the games they're in (Eranar in Skyrim, Varelo in Morrowwind)? If you have can we see screenshots of them? I'd love to see!
I've made a post about this before but I'll show a few of them again lmao. Yeah a lot of them I've made in-game and then started drawing them and giving them stories.
Starting with Endrin because I owe my life to him. This is him with and without mods
Here is the problematic fav (Terelion) with and without mods. I started Terelion's savefile all over again without the character overhaul and I am not okay
Here we have Varelo with that awful dreugh armor in Julan Ashlander mod because I absolutely hate it and I have to show this screenshot or I simply cannot cope. I had to actually open Morrowind to get the second screenshot and wait for daylight outside of his manor, getting attacked by DB assassins, almost dying. Thank you Morrowind I love you boo mwah
Ps. His beard actually does the stupid curl in-game and I only started drawing it bc one of my friends was begging for me to do so. Look at that ridiculous curl I love it so much
Falador, my tall stink man, next to a manlet (bosmer) and him in a Telvanni Tower ready to punch the next Telvanni he meets
His great-nephew (yes I made it canon), Eranar. I'm not ashamed to admit that I had some trouble finding good screenshots of him bc my screenshot folder is just 99% Teldryn (eating bread or cooking or standing on chairs)
My necromancer who I never talk about, I'm so sorry Brinlin
And my selfinsert, Meneil. I don't know what kind of outfit I want him to have ueghieguh maybe I will figure out some day
I also tried to make Meneil in Oblivion and Skyrim and uhhhhhhh
Yeah…
These were just a few of them but this post is already getting so long so guheguheg

I like to think many people mistake Wineare for a rather tall Nord or Imperial at first glance, when he's in full gear. If not that, then to most his race is just a giant question mark beyond 'probably not a khajit, bosmer, or argonian'.
One can easily rule out khajit or argonian because.. well, he has no tail, nor does he have an accent that matches that of khajits or argonians. You can rule out bosmer because he's just so damn tall that he couldn't possibly be one. There are likely a chance few who have correctly guessed altmer, but even fewer of those would be absolutely sure of their answer because Wineare carries so few characteristics of typical altmer beyond height and magic affinity.
Like he walks, talks, and acts like a fucking idiot so everyone assumes he's just a dumbass nord or imperial. Then he takes his mask and hood off and anyone who didn't know him personally beforehand always are floored that this guy is actually a high elf. And Wineare, bless his heart, doesn't even get why people would be so confused and fixated on his race and never cares to correct people on their guesses. It all flies over his head. His whole mindset is the in-verse equivalent of a player just spamming through dialogue and then when Shit Happens they get REALLY confused because they didn't listen to (or, in the case of Wineare, fully understand or process) what people were saying. Like if he goes into a tavern to buy a drink and takes his mask off, and people go absolutely Ape Shit over the fact he's an altmer bc if the default assumption he's Thalmor (which isn't entirely incorrect), and he just sits there the whole time, confused.

my main squeezes: Vince, Sam, and Vespa! + your Skyrim OC 👀👀👀👀👀👀🔍
fghjdfskj the boys!!!!!!
Vince
The only person to ever call Vince Vincent is his mother. And Rush that one time.
Speaks English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Arabic.
Was attending NYU for cinema studies. Loved loved loved cinematography studies and film theory. Wanted to be a director! Had actually written & directed two short films already and had been shooting two more that he hoped to premiere at a few local film festivals. Had to drop out of the program after the accident that cost him his left arm because of the medical expenses and the long hospital stays. To say he was crushed is,,,, an understatement.
Was in California having an experimental prosthetic arm fitted & attached when the bombs dropped. He's told that he followed everyone else to the bunkers but he has no memory of it. The doctors assume it's either shock or the anesthesia that was in his system when it all happened, but regardless he comes to in immense nerve pain and in a crowded hospital bunker underneath Los Angeles with no clue with the fuck is going on.
Actually knows Ghost, ran with the same group Ghost did in Baja California for two years. Ghost had a big hand in how constantly battered Vince was during those years, liked to goad Vince into worse and worse shit because Ghost wanted to see how far someone like Vince - who was one of the few people in their group with morals - could be pushed before he broke. Ghost got their answer, too, when Vince turns around and - in a nearly blind rage - kills two of their group just before a planned attack on a community of mostly non-combatants.
Lost his right leg in 2030, an infected bullet wound that they (in the middle of a medicine shortage after a brutal winter) didn't have the means to treat. His eventual leg prosthetic was built based on close study of his arm. Connecting it alone puts him out of commission for almost two months.
Does actually,,,, steal rings off corpses sometimes. A habit he picked up while with Ghost's crew, a kind of trophy-hunting activity that turned into an unconscious action because he did it so much. He's got,,, a pretty substantial ring collection. He pretends he feels worse about it than he actually does because what use did a dead person have for jewelry anyway?
Rush is the one who teaches him to shoot, a year or two after Vince joins his group. It comes to the group's attention that Vince had never even held a gun prior to Rush - acting on a hunch - putting one in his hands one stupid hot California day and told him to go hog on some static targets. Vince missed pretty much every single one. Thankfully, his aim has gotten much better since then.
Vince feels conflicted about a number of things that he has done over the years but killing Ghost's sociopath ass when they cross paths again in Hope County ain't one of them.
Sam
Sam, good old midwestern boy that he is, legally cannot cuss.
He's tall as hell but also thin as hell. He's 6′6 at least but he's also probably 145lbs soaking wet. A toothpick.
Nick calls him Sammy. (One time Nick slipped up and referred to the Judge as Sammy and everyone had a bad day about it.)
Sheriff Whitehorse is actually Sam's godfather! Whitehorse and Sam's dad (a retired sheriff from South Dakota) were really good friends & still kept in touch pretty regularly before the cult business started up bad in Hope Country. It's Whitehorse that pulls the strings to get his anxious pothead veteran godson a position as a deputy. (Sam calls him uncle).
Sam is bisexual but how do you say very very repressed about it. Lots of religious-guilt-tinged self-hate because of growing up Catholic in the midwest and then in the south. Definitely had an "in love with my same gender best friend and very ashamed of it" phase.
Sam and John Seed actually ran in the same circles growing up, just at different times. John's a few years older but they went to the same high school & John's adopted parents and Sam's mom were actually well-acquainted. As a teenager, Sam used to be invited to John's parties & would go with friends and get a little too drunk (which John would them use as fun leverage against Sam's fairly powerful mother).
On that subject, John was 100% Sam's bougie weed man all through high school and later when he got out of the Air Force & was self medicating his PTSD.
Sam, realizing he played right into Joseph's hands: You played me like a fiddle!Joseph: Oh no, Deputy. Fiddles are actually difficult to play. I played you like to cheap kazoo you are.
& some Judge stuff bc 💔💔: Sometimes he'll disappear for hours on end and most of New Eden is just *solemnly* "he must be doing something very important" except instead of doing that he's sleeping in the most secret, softest place he could find.
Has an adopted daughter, a little girl named Abigail who attached herself to him at the hip - because she was born mute and he is also mute and she thinks that's neat, she'd never met anyone like herself before. She and the Judge make up their own version of sign language - that actually ends up being shared between a lot of the residents of New Eden, especially the scouts that the Judge trains.
Vespa
Card-carrying member of the billionaire boys club.
Corporate CEO mom who raised him in a very hands-off way because she was always too busy. Homeschooled, raised by nannies. A lot of his education came through the net, which he learned to navigate at a terribly young age while ignoring his tutors because they bored him.
Has a "rival" in Dare Aranya, his mother's former protege and the person who ("allegedly", but definitely) orchestrated her assassination and the woman who is currently CEO of Sasaki Industries and is the executor of Vespa's mom's will.
Even though his mother is assassinated when he is 16, he stays in Night City for a year after and blows through whatever bits of his inheritance he can get his hands on, on parties and drugs and vehicles and whatever else a traumatized teenager who saw his mom's murder can spend money on. A spoiled disaster of a teenage party prince of the highest caliber. Ends up leaving Night City when his money suddenly dries up, syphoned off by Dare.
Bounces between countries and netspaces for years, never spending more than a few months in once place (aside from significant stays in Mumbai, Moscow, and Tokyo). Only returns to Night City after a botch job in Tokyo.
Is actually an Arasaka on his dad's side, is the great grandnephew of Saburo Arasaka. He ends up staying with a branch of the Arasaka family in Tokyo until he fucks up a job for them while high and gets thrown out on his ass.
Has constant splitting headaches because of his bionic eyes - which are half the reason he self-medicates so heavily. Had to have them replaced and maintained constantly as a child because of natural human growth, which was always a terrifying experience for him, not helped at all by the sterile white rooms he would be taken to or the cool detachment of his doctors who did not work with children and were not paid for their bedside manner. It culminated in a scalding dislike for doctors and a refusal to go to them unless he is literally dying. Ripperdocs are equally, if not more, off limits.
Is notorious for turning off his hearing aids when he wants to focus better or when he is getting too sensory overloaded to function, frustrating everyone he has ever worked with.
He's adamant his nickname is from the Italian word for "wasp" (as a riff off Dare's last name, a phonetic spelling of araña, Spanish for spider. one time - while he was in Milan like the rich idiot he is - he heard about these wasps that kill spiders and he has a Justified Grudge against Dare so. wasp) and not from the scooter but he's scooter boy forever now.
Jackie Welles, hefting Vespa "idiot bastard who spent all his money on drugs and passed out in the back room of a bar again" Sasaki over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes: god damn I wish you'd take care of yourself
I didn't know if you meant Katja or Sylon but I'm gonna go with Sylon because I love him & bc he's the more developed of the two rn 😬😬
Is some mix of Breton and Bosmer but no one really knows for sure because no one knows who his actual parents are. The 'parents' he was taken from were skooma addicts who had been hounding Khajiit merchants for weeks and were irresponsible to the point that a whole caravan of Khajiit, stressing out while watching this couple neglect their tiny child, collectively lost their minds and just went "listen here's the stuff you want, don't even pay us just give us the baby. give us the baby, please." The caravan finds that couple again not two days later, dead in the desert, and no one is even surprised.
Amazing singing voice but doesn't actually think he can sing at all. Will hum or sing absent-mindedly sometimes and get real surprised when he looks up to find people have come over to hear him better.
Doesn't have time for destiny, just wants to steal.
Becomes a thieves' guild merchant in Riften & moves his business into the Ragged Flagon when their reputation starts getting better. Is also a thief in the guild itself but legitimizes himself as a merchant in Riften by actually running legitimate goods (which helps Khajiit caravans a lot because they can't trade in the cities but he can and he's always happy to help the caravans he crosses paths with).
Being raised by Khajiit, Sylon had been taught from a young age not to rely on people and to only rely on his own talents and abilities & to be out for himself and only himself & he believes in this doctrine fully. That is, he believed in it up until the second he meets Karliah and Brynjolf and then he just *lays face down on the ground* "hmm maybe caring about others and wanting to have people that care about me is okay actually."
Is definitely in love with Brynjolf but no one will ever get him to admit it, least of all Brynjolf.
Meets Katja after she catches him stealing a box of jewelry from her home in Dawnstar. Gets roped into a quest to kill giants with her as a form of recompense because she knows he's the dragonborn and she's pissed he isn't living up to expectations. They end up becoming incredibly close friends whose favorite pastime is jointly roasting Kali, the stupidly naive exiled Redguard noble that Sylon saved from being assassinated one time and who Katja is now housing and feeding (and terrorizing).
Would adopt every orphan in Skyrim if given the option. Despite being fairly aloof and coming across as self-serving, he is shockingly doting and attentive to kids. Makes a name for himself in the cities as a friend of children and someone who will provide without asking for anything in return. Is the unofficial patron god of orphans and strays. And although he doesn't ask it of them, they make a great information network for him & are happy to tell him everything they overhear in the cities that might be of interest to their thief dad.

i don't think I've talked about lasharl in.... ever really bc he occupies this weird place in my brain where he simultaneously has a bunch of lore but also doesn't because whenever i play skyrim i HAVE to do everything regardless of if it makes sense for him
anyways the only for sure canon thing about him is that he's one of the companions and he's "tall" for a bosmer (5'7"), and he looks fucking weird as a werewolf. he's like 7' as a woof and he's got disproportionately long limbs like a gibbon. he literally scaled the wall like a spider after his first change and that's how he got out of whiterun

eso mains family name is chypre bc homegirls mom was from one of the most recognized perfume-industry families (and was thus functionally an alchemist, though like. for perfume) - they were as close to 'noble' as bosmer get (ie, an extant, non-throne-inheriting line of the camorans) and at least one or two of the s e v e n chypre siblings were expected to carry on the perfumery line
tasmin's father was much shorter than her mother and much more easygoing, less bounded up in self-importance; he did his best to love her mother but their marriage was arranged and his father (as tasmin's mother found out much later in life, and was semi-enraged that he'd never said anything about it) was a maormer, which is a stark, undignified contrast to her mother's own tall bosmer heritage
